- Please inform us in advance of any food allergies.
- All gift boxes are specially selected and priced based on what's tasting best. In order to include additional items, please select those pairings from the menu on the order page.
- For special requests, please note we cannot guarantee availability of any particular items due to seasonality. We also cannot guarantee product omission entirely but can work with you on selection (e.g. may not be able to remove a particular type of item from a gift but can add a more mild selection).
- For custom requests, please contact a retail monger at 512-540-6612 during normal business hours. They will help you select items for your gift and arrange for either pick up or shipping based on your preferences.
- For in-store pickup gift baskets must be refrigerated upon receipt.
- For shipping orders, all gifts are packaged in a Kraft shipping box with an insulated liner and ship via Fed Ex Monday through Wednesday only.
