Our shipping program is dedicated to offering great products and ensuring that they arrive at the intended destination in the appropriate condition. As such, shipments for all destinations within the continental United States will be handled by FedEx, and if the contents include perishable goods, shipments will arrive in a box with insulation materials and reusable ice packs.
We are currently offering shipping for the five gift baskets detailed here. Custom gifts cannot be shipped at this time. We ship through FedEx Ground for a $20 fee to most locations throughout Texas. Orders are shipped Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and are generally received in 1-2 days from the ship date if delivered in Texas.
If you would like to get an estimate of shipping rates to destinations outside of Texas, please contact us. Alternatively, you may use the calculator on the FedEx website (www.fedex.com/ratefinder/home), noting that the rate might change slightly due to handling fees and supplies. We ship FedEx Ground to all destinations in Texas and FedEx Overnight to all other destinations.
Our Shipping Schedule is as follows:
- We ship Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure that gift baskets arrive before the weekend. Orders received by Monday or Tuesday at 5pm will be shipped the following business day. Orders received after Tuesday at 5pm will be shipped the following week.
- We instruct FedEx to deliver your package without an authorized signature.
- We encourage you to notify any package recipient of their scheduled perishable delivery to insure that the cheese is cared for within three hours of delivery and refridgerated upon receipt. Please note that the buyer may be responsible for the costs associated with any reshipping of gifts.
