We'll be tasting a couple of our fave wine and cheese pairings and all are invited for the complimentary fun. (Of course, you've got to be over 21 to enjoy the wine!) Madhu's Saffron Milk bar is a 45% cacao delight with a hint of earthiness and warmth from that rare spice. The creaminess of the chocolate and the touch of from the saffron are an ideal match with Midnight Chevre, a tangy, lactic fresh goat's milk cheese coated in charcoal from CKC Farms. The Spicy Peanut Dark bar is a 62% cacao bar made with "Madhu's secret spice mixture" and studded with crunchy and salty roasted peanuts. The heat and nuttiness of this bar are heightened alongside a bite of creamy, beefy and tyrosine-crystal studded 1655 Gruyere

Located in The Davis SoCo building, Velouria offers coffee by day and cocktails by night, with a cheese board that makes the mouth water.
