May Class Tickets

Virtual Tastings
Wed 5/13 (6-7 pm - but accessible online later): Taste of Vermont via Facebook Live with John and Kendall Antonelli Did you know that Vermont is known for making some of the best artisan cheese nationwide? Or that the ratio of cheesemakers to residents is higher and more per capita than in any other US state? Did you know there is a Vermont Cheese Trail that is 280 miles long and stops at 40 makers? Quite simply, Vermont cheese is awesome. For the month of May, we’re spotlighting the dairy industry in different states. Whether you’re a transplant from there - or know nothing about it and want to taste some new cheese - we hope you’ll join us for a cause. Includes 7 cheeses, 7 food pairings, bread, and corn nuts. One plate intended per person. (We’re donating a portion of the proceeds for American Cheese Month.) More info and/or Purchase tickets here. DEADLINE TO PURCHASE TUES AT 5 PM!
