Nonalcoholic Beer & Cheese Pairing

Support Young Farmers
We’re only here because farmers do their thing (and herdsmen and women, cheesemakers, and more). So we’re grateful for the opportunity this month to support the Central Texas Young Farmer’s Coalition as our Charitable Cheese Cause for July. Get tickets now to our Cheese 101 class on Monday (in person), and you’ll be supporting them. And you can support this local nonprofit by making an online purchase for pickup or coming into the shop on Mon 7/19; 5% of your purchase will go to them. When we pool our collective resources, little by little, we can do a lot of good. Thanks for helping us live our mission to #DoGoodEatGood and support theirs in turn: to support young and beginning farmers in Central Texas through education, connection and advocacy. They envision a collaborative and diverse farming community through which young and beginning farmers make a living as a key component in agricultural production and ecological stewardship.

Our Cheese Around Town - Jeffrey’s
Should the cheese be the star of the show? Jeffrey’s sure seems to think so! They’ve laid a beautiful wedge of delectable triple-creme Brillat Savarin from Rouzaire on a plate alongside green tomatoes, strawberries, and sourdough crouton, and drizzled it all with marigold infused honey for a perfect summer dish!

In the News
Woohoo! We love our local CBS We Are Austin morning show with Trevor Scott and Taylor Ellison. They chatted with our own Anna, Director of Events, on what’s new in the Cheese House and our re-emergence for in-person tastings. Anna killed it on her first live tv appearance (way better than mine!). Have we mentioned our people are awesome?! Just like Trevor and Taylor. Thanks to everyone for spreading the word so we can get our in person events program back up and running. Have you purchased tix to a public cheese class or booked a private tasting? (And thank you if the answer is yes!)

Stay Cheese - y!
