Cheeseland Inc. imports and exports over 40 Dutch cheeses. The milk that goes into their cheese is all-natural, hormone-free, and traditionally-made.
This pasteurized sheep’s milk cheese was developed by a Seattle-based importer of Dutch cheese in cooperation with a small Dutch farm specifically for American markets. Roughly following a Gouda recipe, Ewephoria is sweetly caramelly and nutty, with a beautiful depth of flavor. Aged 9 months, this crumbly cheese has toffee undertones pair well with rich porters and stouts.
