Made in the village of Monts du Velay, this pasteurized blue cheese contains 60% butter cream, thus qualifying it as a double-crème blue cheese. Evident in every bite, St. Agur is both buttery and bright with a delicate sharpness towards the finish. It takes about 4-5 gallons of milk to make one wheel of this exceptionally decadent cheese.
