Education Series: History of Cheese (In Person)
Part cheese tasting, part history lesson, History of Cheese allows you to taste your way through 2000+ years of cheesemaking! In this educationally focused class, we will be learning about the genesis of culturing milk and developing cheese, all the way through modern artisanal cheese production.
Along the way, we will taste cheese creations from each era, contextualizing each bite. This is an experience you won't want to miss! (Unless you don't like cheese!)
Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the event start time.
We are a BYOB facility – we will provide water and glassware
and you can provide the rest!
