Featuring 7 Cheeses from Various Milk Types and Makers Across the Globe!
There's just something about soft, creamy, decadent, rich, ooey-gooey cheeses that we love. And we know we're not alone. From iconic soft bloomy-rinded cheeses like French Brie and Camembert to American Originals like award-winning Mt. Tam and Humboldt Fog, they're all known for their signature texture and flavor profile. We'll also explore other soft styles. Come find out how the cheesemaking and affinage process affect flavor, and what makes one distinguishable from the next. We'll explore 7 different cheeses, made from a variety of milk types and sourced from across the globe. The tasting will be accompanied by olives and Easy Tiger bread. We'll also include a number of additional pairings like chutneys and jam depending on that evening's cheese selection.
Expect the tasting to be about 1 hour and a half, followed by the opportunity to purchase the cheese & sundries you tasted and have them brought to your seat! We look forward to getting cheese-y with you!
