Booze Washed Cheese A St. Patrick's Day Special (Virtual)
Grab a shamrock and celebrate St. Patrick's Day the Antonelli's way! We will exclusively feature cheeses washed in booze as they age. From beer to wine to cider & more, cheeses that are washed in alcohol develop remarkable nuances & flavors – sometimes these cheeses are pungent, while in others you might sense faintly fruity notes (or in one case, "grape jolly rancher!").
We will guide you through 7 cheeses (both pasteurized and unpasteurized) with booze-y rinds, served with accompaniments such as Sicilian olives, Spanish Quicos (corn nuts) & scratch-made Easy Tiger baguette. Each cheese features curated pairings such as chutneys & charcuterie bites, depending on that evening's cheese selection.

Expect this virtual tasting to last one hour. Event materials & plates will be available for pick-up at our Hyde Park location (or schedule local delivery at check-out) on the day of the event. At the designated time, we will meet (virtually), and experience the tasting together!

The morning of your event, we will send a reminder email that includes the virtual link to the event. A few minutes before the event starts, open the email and click on the Zoom link provided. Need help? FROM MOBILE or FROM COMPUTER.
If your tasting event is about to start and you have technical questions, please call 512-333-2344.
Expect the tasting to be about 45 min, followed by a 15 min Q&A. We encourage you to have your camera on to enjoy the full experience. If you have questions throughout the tasting, type them in the chat box and your mongers will answer them. It is an interactive, fun, and educational way to engage in the community. We look forward to getting cheese-y with you!
In order to avoid product damage and reduced quality, we do not ship cheese event plates or cheese trays at this time.

For your convenience and to avoid wait times in the Cheese Shop, online orders should be picked up at our Pickup Window, located directly behind our cheese shop in the alley between Uncle Nicky’s and Julio’s. To avoid congestion, please do not pick up in the Cheese Shop.
Please plan to pick up your tray at your selected pickup time, noting we have a designated pickup window open daily from 11am-7pm.
