Casper Fermentables and Antonelli's Cheese (In Person)
Cheese tends to go well with all things fermented -- think Pickles, Wine, Beer, or Sourdough. The tangy, slightly sour flavors of fermentables bring out those same notes in cheese, all while elevating the rich and buttery qualities of the cheese.
With this in mind -- Antonelli's Cheese is partnering with Casper Fermentables to present a cheese and fermentables class! Kombucha, Kimchi, fermented veggies -- come and learn just how well cheese can pair with all things fermented!
This 2 hour experience will include 1.5 hours of structured tasting & education time, and half an hour of social time.
Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the event start time.
