Raid the Pantry: Cheese and Chips
What you may not know about the cheese industry is that everyone has a chip or crisp that they love to pair with certain cheeses, making this class the ultimate cheese monger's course! Whether it be dipping Lays Potato Chips into Rush Creek Reserve or enjoying Barbeque Chips with smoky Caldera Espana, potato chips are an excellent (and gluten free!) way to enjoy artisan cheese. This unique event will only be offered once and will span 1.5 hours of structured tasting and education time, and 30 minutes of unstructured social time, spread throughout the class.
This class will guide you through all seven styles of cheese, allowing you to taste curated artisan selections of each alongside sundry pairings and a salty crisp. Accompaniments such as Spanish Quicos and scratch-made Easy Tiger baguette round out the spread.
One ticket equals admission & serving for One person. Expect the event to last two hours. Ticket-holders will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours before the event with full details.
Doors will open 15 minutes prior to the event start time.
Parking is available onsite & behind the cheese shop across
Event will be held in-person at the Antonelli's Cheese House.
This is a Gluten-Free tasting event; however, please note that we do prepare our tasting plates in our kitchen where bread exists.
