Erika Kubick Presents: Cheese Sex Death Happy Hour
Erika Kubick really loves cheese. A former cheesemonger who has worked in cheese for years, Erika has written Cheese Sex Death to inspire people to indulge their funky fromage fantasies: it’s your guide to buying, plating, pairing, cooking with, and tasting cheese.
In the Austin stop of her book tour, Erika will be hosting a signing and tasting event at the city's very own Antonelli's Cheese House. This Happy Hour event will begin with a guided tasting of 4 cheeses and pairings from the master herself, followed by an opportunity to purchase the book ($29.99) and socialize. This event is BYOB, with wine available for purchase across the street at Antonelli's cheese shop.
We can issue a full refund if notified 48 hours or more in advance of the start of class. We can issue a rebooking or class credit if notified between 48 and 24 hours before class. We cannot offer refunds within 24 hours of class.
