The Basics of Cheese
If you are a new hire and have not yet taken this internal Staff Training, then we ask you to sign up for this training. It is also open to all team members who have already taken this training, but would like a refresher.
In this Staff Training, you will be covering the foundational cheese information that is essential to the success of all team members at Antonelli's Cheese. The training will cover topics ranging from cheesemaking to categorization to definitions and key terms. You will be using the internal document, Cheese 101 Talking Points, as a guide through this class with instruction by Casie Wiginton, ACS Certified Cheese Professional.
In addition, we will have a cheese plate available for you to pick up from the shop starting at 10 am on Tuesday, January 25, if you would like a physical and delicious demonstration plate for the class.
