From our most popular "Cheese 101" to our Cheese Pairings series to an exploration of different regions in our Taste of Place series, we offer numerous ways to get your cheese on. Our hope? Start with a Cheese 101, then come back for each class. We change up our cheese offerings monthly. Note that we offer public classes at two locations: South Lamar and Hyde Park. Make sure to select the proper location that meets your needs. The only difference? We can sell perfectly paired wines, beers, ciders, and some non-alcoholic beverages at our South Lamar location.Our Hyde Park location is BYOB, with optional pairings selected in advance from our shop across the street.

Not interested in cheese but still need an intimate venue? Yes, you can simply rent our space as well.
