As is tradition now, we take today to show our thanks to you, because your support of our mom-and-pop business allows us to give back to so many organizations and worthy causes. When we penned our business plan (17 years ago!), we wrote that we “want to support the community that supports us.” That evolved into our mission: Do Good. Eat Good. Not only do we endeavor to source from makers who treat their lands regeneratively, their animals humanely, and their teams fairly, we gratefully receive your hard-earned dollars and we pay them forward to organizations important to our community… and it becomes a cycle of “doing good.”
Like any small business, we’ve had our share of challenges this year, but we’ve leaned into what we love most: creating unforgettable cheese experiences. One of the biggest highlights was opening our new South Lamar tasting room. We poured so much heart into building that space, and seeing it come to life as a gathering spot for cheese lovers across Texas has been nothing short of amazing. Whether it’s been welcoming you to a class, celebrating your milestones, or hearing how our team made your day, these moments remind us why we started this journey in the first place.
All of this is to say: we can’t do what’s important to us, we can’t live our passion with purpose, we can’t give back without your support. Thank you for attending our cheese tastings, enjoying our cheese trays, joining our cheese club, and visiting our little cut-to-order retail shop. Because of you, here’s what we’ve been able to do in 2024.
Our Annual Impact Report
Even in a year where we haven’t quite hit all of our financial goals, we’ve stayed committed to giving back to our community. That’s always been at the core of who we are. This year, we’ve proudly supported a range of nonprofit organizations with direct donations, discounts, and other contributions. We’ll keep striving to do more, but for now, we’re proud of what this list represents. (There’s more we do quietly, but we hope those actions speak for themselves.)

Thank you for making this possible. Here’s to another year of building community, spreading cheese joy, and sharing all the highs and lows of this wild ride with you.
Gratitude for the People Behind the Scenes
Lastly, suffice it to say (or write), we couldn’t do any of this without the incredible makers, farmers, and producers who create the cheeses and products we’re so proud to share. While we don’t make anything ourselves, it’s our privilege to tell their stories and connect you to their hard work and passion. From those caring for their animals and harvesting the land to the drivers, warehouse workers, and office staff keeping everything moving—you make this possible.
To our team: you are the heart and soul of what we do. You meet every challenge with grace, every customer with warmth, and every day with an attitude that makes this business what it is. We’re so lucky to have you on this journey.
With deepest, bottom-of-our hearts thanks,
Kendall + John Antonelli
