Holiday delivery windows

During the holidays we ship on a limited number of days with all hands on deck. Choose when you want recipients to receive their gifts:

  • December 2–4
  • December 9–11
  • December 16–18

Shipping capacity is limited and fills first come, first served, so inquire early.

Shipping, packaging and pickup

  • Nationwide cold-chain shipping to all 50 states: FedEx 2-day (UPS within Texas), $17.99 per box, with tracking. The Signature and Reserve boxes ship free.
  • Packed to stay cold: ice packs, a heat-tempering envelope and air pillows in a branded box. Boxes arrive within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse.
  • Your gift note is printed on each packing slip.
  • Use your own shipping account: give us your UPS or FedEx account number if your company has better rates.
  • Pickup at our warehouse, 6448 US Hwy 290 East, Suite D110, Austin, TX 78723, Monday–Friday, 10 AM–3 PM. Pickup boxes are not packed on ice, so refrigerate them right away.

What's the minimum order?
10 gift boxes. For fewer than 10, order online.

Can you ship to many different addresses?
Yes. Fill in one address spreadsheet and we ship to every recipient, from 10 to 1,000 addresses.

Will cheese survive shipping in Texas heat?
Yes. Every box is packed with ice packs and a heat-tempering envelope and arrives within 48 hours of leaving our warehouse.

Can I include a personal note?
Yes. Your gift note is printed on each recipient's packing slip.

Can we use our company's UPS or FedEx account?
Yes. Share your account number and shipping zip code, and we'll ship on your account.

Do you deliver locally in Austin?
Yes. Trays deliver within 20 miles ($25 per tray up to 7 miles, $50 per tray from 7 to 20 miles), and Cheese Club gifts can be delivered in Austin for $15.

When should I order holiday gifts?
As early as possible. Holiday delivery windows are December 2–4, 9–11 and 16–18, and shipping days fill up.

What if a gift arrives damaged or late?
Contact us right away at 512-531-9610. We stand behind every box and will work to replace it.

How do I pay?
We send one contract and one invoice for your whole order.
