We've taken our most popular Signature Cheese Tasting Experience and AMPED IT UP.
You'll not only enjoy a new selection of 7 cheeses paired with 7 specialty foods (like chocolate, cured meats, pickles, and preserves), but you'll be treated to a flight of three sparkling wines.
Simply because life is short and we believe its fun to indulge sometimes, this experience ALSO includes a Duo of Caviar, intentionally tasted on a mother of pearl spoon.
Taste and discover the nuance of Champagne (France), Cava (Spain), and Prosecco (Italy) as we compare the flavor profiles and different make styles, including the "méthode champenoise" or traditional method versus the Charmat or tank method. Delight in the contrasting sensations and notes between our two Sturgeon caviars: Osetra from Giaveri and Siberian from Antonius. And yes. Cheese. Lots of cheese. Plus so many artisanal pairings.

*Please note, we aim to have a few jars of Caviar available for purchase after class; however, quantities are often limited due to the incredibly tight supply chain. Similarly, we will have some Champagne available for purchase, but we keep limited stock on hand.
One ticket = one person and includes:
- a sparking wine flight: Champagne, Cava, and Prosecco (3 ounce pour each)
- a duo tasting of 2 caviars
- 7 cheeses (a half pound of cheese!)
- 7 food pairings
- additional treats like crackers, cornichons, & crunchy Spanish cocktail mix (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)
ALL ATTENDEES MUST BE 21 TO ATTEND THIS EVENT.
Beverages?
Water and a trio of sparkling wines (3 ounce each tasting portions) are provided at the tasting. Additionally, you may purchase beverages by the glass or bottle at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine/beer. Note: We charge a service fee per bottle brought into our tasting room.
Reserved Seating
We assign seats prior to your event. If you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing separately, we must be notified in advance. At the time of ticket purchase, there is a question prompt for you to list others in your group. Please note that we cannot seat groups larger than 8 at the same table. (Big groups? Know Before You Go:
- TIMING: We try to start our events as close to on time as possible. Please arrive on time or a little early. (Doors open 15 min before start time.) We'll guide all guests through a 1.5 hour tasting, leaving an additional 30 min for socializing. Total event time is 2 hours.
- LOCATION: Event will be held in-person at our South Lamar Community Tasting Room (1100 South Lamar, Suite 1130).
