Get ready for one of our most luxurious and educational tasting experiences yet. In this exclusive guided class, guests will explore five beautifully orchestrated trios. Each course combines an artisan cheese, a thoughtfully chosen specialty food pairing, and a premium caviar.
As the tasting unfolds, you will experience how texture, salt, fat, and flavor evolve across each curated bite. From the silky richness of sheep milk to the crystalline snap of an aged Alpine, each is balanced by its caviar counterpart and a complementary pairing such as chocolate, preserves, or cured meats.
To elevate the experience, we will also enjoy a flight of bubbles featuring authentic Champagne alongside two other expertly paired sparkling selections chosen to highlight the unique nuances between styles, grape varieties, and regions. Together, the caviar and bubbles reveal a world of contrast and harmony that only the finest ingredients can offer.
Guided by our expert cheesemongers, guests will leave not only delighted and inspired but also with a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship and stories behind each maker, from pasture to pearl spoon.
One ticket = one person and includes:
- A flight of three sparkling beverages (including Champagne)
- 5 artisan cheeses
- 5 specialty food pairings
- 5 caviars
- additional treats like crackers, cornichons, & crunchy Spanish cocktail mix (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)
Beverages?
Water and a glass of Champagne are provided at the tasting. Additionally, you may purchase beverages by the glass or bottle at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine/beer. This is not a BYOB location.
Reserved Seating
We assign seats prior to your event. If you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing separately, we must be notified in advance. At the time of ticket purchase, there is a question prompt for you to list others in your group. Please note that we cannot seat groups larger than 8 at the same table. (Big groups? Know Before You Go:
- TIMING: We try to start our events as close to on time as possible. Please arrive on time or a little early. (Doors open 15 min before start time.) We'll guide all guests through a 1.5 hour tasting, leaving an additional 30 min for socializing. Total event time is 2-2.5 hours.
- LOCATION: Event will be held in-person at our South Lamar Cheese Tasting Room (1100 South Lamar, Suite 1130).
