We're in this for the long haul Central Texas. So we've decided to host a series of cheese tastings for an entire year to support various flood relief efforts across Texas. This yearlong series is our way of committing to the long road ahead, because while the headlines may fade, the need will not. Each month’s event will benefit a different local organization, mutual aid group, or recovery campaign working to support communities across Texas Hill Country. And 100% of ticket profits will be donated directly to those efforts.
This is a simple, meaningful way to support flood relief across Texas. Your ticket helps fund local recovery efforts and helps us live our mission to Do Good. Eat Good.
BENEFITTING ORGANIZATIONS, BY MONTH:
July: A Fresh Start for Didi, Jasmine & Their Pets After the Flood
August: Support the Vazquez Family After Flood Loss
September: Help Kyla Rebuild After Texas Flood
October: Integral Care Clinic on Wheels
November: Hay Dude Critter Rescue
December: Out of the Way Community Corp.
January: Austin Disaster Relief Network
February: Let A Soulshine Foundation
March: TBD
April: TBD
May: TBD
June: TBD
And if you can't make it to one of these events, please consider reading the stories of the folks and organizations we have selected and donating anyway.

Each one is paired with a curated bite, like preserves, pickles, chocolates, or cured meats. Along the way, our Certified Cheese Professionals will guide you through a sensory tasting to calibrate (and discover!) your own palate, followed by sharing the stories behind the cheeses and the people who make them.
One ticket = one person and includes:
- 7 cheeses
- 7 food pairings
- additional treats like crackers, cornichons, & corn nuts (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)
Beverages?
While water is provided at the tasting, you may choose to add on our recommended wine flight at the time of ticket purchase (below). Additionally, you may purchase beverages at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine. Note: This is not a BYOB location.
Reserved Seating
We assign seats prior to your event. If you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing separately, we must be notified in advance.
