What Is a Wholesale & Gifting Sales Manager, Anyway?
Think of this role as the connector-in-chief between Antonelli’s Cheese and the chefs, caterers, restaurants, and corporate clients we serve. You’ll grow existing accounts, nurture new ones, and make sure every client feels taken care of—from their first tasting to their hundredth cheese order. You’ll also help lead our holiday gifting sales program, supporting companies who order large shipments of curated gifts for their clients and employees. At the end of the day, you’re not just selling cheese—you’re selling joy, connection, and experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Grow Current Accounts: Deepen relationships with existing wholesale clients to increase sales.
- Onboard New Leads: Manage and respond quickly to new inquiries, providing stellar service.
- Do Outbound Sales: Conduct proactive outreach and cold calls back-to-back to build our client base.
- Problem-Solve for Clients: Respond to issues quickly, finding solutions that build loyalty.
- Support Holiday Gifting: Manage key relationships during our busiest season, ensuring smooth, successful fulfillment of large orders.
- Be the Face of Antonelli’s: Represent our brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and deep cheese knowledge (don’t worry—we’ll train you).

Compensation and Growth Opportunities
- Salary: A competitive base of $50,000 to $60,000 that reflects the importance of this role in driving our wholesale and gifting success (Monday through Friday, regular business hours, 40 hours/full-time)
