Come eat cheese for your community! This event is our "Charitable Cheese Cause," raising money for and breaking bread together to benefit Shoal Creek Conservancy. This nonprofit is a proud steward of the 13-square-mile Shoal Creek watershed and the creek and trail running through it, bringing to life the Shoal Creek corridor in Austin, Texas. They champion the Shoal Creek watershed in order to create a healthy and vibrant community.

Our most popular tasting event - and the award-winner that put us on the map. In fact, this class includes a unique tasting menu monthly; we've had folks come back regularly! Great for those new to cheese or longtime aficionados, this is our best class to get a little bit of everything: we'll talk you through the "7 styles of cheese" while exploring multiple milk types. Better yet, each cheese comes with a unique pairing - from chocolate to cured meat, preserves to pickles, and more.

One ticket = one person and includes:

  • 7 cheeses
  • 7 food pairings
  • additional goodies, such as bread, olives, & corn nuts (GF crackers avail if requested in allergies)

Twenty percent of all pre-event purchases, as well as purchases at the event, will be donated to the nonprofit.

Beverages?

While water is provided at the tasting, you may choose to add on our recommended wine flight at the time of ticket purchase (below). Additionally, you may purchase beverages at the event, selecting from wine, beer, cider, sparkling water, and non-alcoholic wine.  Note: this location is not BYOB.

Reserved Seating

We assign seats prior to your event. If you wish to sit with guests who are purchasing separately, we must be notified in advance. At the time of ticket purchase, there is a question prompt for you to list others in your group. Please note that we cannot seat groups larger than 8 at the same table.
