Have a bulk order of 10+ gifts? Skip the online ordering process and contact our team; we'll generate an invoice for you to pay to confirm before we prepare the gifts. Note: If you plan to have your gifts delivered locally or shipped nationally, we'll need a complete address list at time of ordering.

We offer local pick up and local delivery.

PICKUP: Once you place your order, please reference your confirmation email that provides pickup instructions and pickup times at the location where you placed the order.

LOCAL DELIVERY: We partner with local courier services to provide options costing between $15-$100. Please note that we only charge $15 for shipping with UPS locally to Austin if the courier fee is too high.

Are the products in the photo guaranteed? Artisan foods are often made in small batches by individuals. That’s what makes them unique. Sometimes, artisan production doesn’t go according to plan. For that reason, we never guarantee specific items in our collections. We do promise that you’ll get the same promised quantities (or more) and of the same value (or more) than what’s listed in the collection.

Can I select my own cheeses? Collections and Gift Boxes cannot be customized at this time.

What if we have allergies? Please specify any allergies when ordering; we cannot guarantee substitutions but we will do our best. Note that we cut & wrap and build our collections in our facilities, where nuts and gluten are present. We also use latex or vinyl gloves.
