Our most popular class: 7 cheeses and 7 pairings over about 2 hours, with a wine flight available. Plenty of food for dinner. $50 per person.
Champagne & Caviar
5 caviars, 5 cheeses and 5 pairings with a flight of 3 sparkling wines including Champagne. Made for anniversaries and big nights. $145 per person.
Cheese-y Boat Cruise on Lady Bird Lake
A 2-hour cheese and wine tasting on the water, with skyline views from the upper deck. $110 per person, 21+. See cruise dates.

Is a cheese class enough for dinner?
Yes. The Signature Tasting and Champagne & Caviar classes are dinner and a show.
How much does it cost?
Signature Tasting $50 per person, themed tastings $55–$65, Champagne & Caviar $145, and the boat cruise $110.
When are classes?
Most public classes run Friday through Sunday nights. Check the events calendar for dates.
Do classes sell out?
They average about 90% full, so book about two weeks ahead, earlier for Valentine's Day.
What if one of us doesn't drink?
We serve NA beer and an NA cocktail.

Yes. A gift card for two Signature Tasting tickets is $108.25, and gift cards from $25 to $500 work for public classes and the boat cruise.
