Matt and Clare are the husband and wife duo behind Quince and Apple. With their small, passionate team, they are handcrafting artisan preserves, syrups and nuts right in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin. Subtle, well balanced and not too sweet, Fig & Black Tea preserves are perfect for pairing. Black tea coaxes and compliments the heady, floral notes of mission figs in this sublime preserve.
