Join us for a tasting as we journey through the Bel Paese and the delicious and beautiful bounty it has to offer. Taste of Place series features a different country and a carefully curated selection of its cheeses. This round we are thrilled to explore the gorgeous array of Italian cheeses.
Not only will you learn about the styles of cheese, producers, and flavors but also some of the traditional cooking methods used for each cheese. We'll talk about how the Italians incorporate these cheeses in composed dishes and how you can use them for your next Italian Dinner Night at home!
Expect the tasting to be about 1 hour and a half, followed by the opportunity to purchase the cheese & sundries you tasted and have them brought to your seat! We look forward to getting cheese-y with you!
