Join us for a bespoke tasting as we journey through the Bel Paese – and the delicious and beautiful bounty it has to offer. The Antonelli's Taste of Place series regularly features a different country through a carefully curated selection of its cheeses. This round we are thrilled to explore the gorgeous array of Italian cheeses!
Not only will you learn about the styles of cheese, producers, histories and flavor-profiles, but also some of the traditional cooking methods used for each cheese. We'll talk about how the Italians incorporate these cheeses in composed dishes and how you can use them for your next Italian Dinner Night at home!
Doors will open 10 minutes prior to the event start time.
We are a BYOB facility – we will provide water and glassware
and you can provide the rest!
